Panic at the Departmental Store
"
Don't wanna be a panicking idiot
Don't want a nation under the new mania.
And can you hear the sound of hysteria?
The subliminal, hand sanitizing, America.

In the immortal words of Green Day, “Welcome to a new kind of tension” where you have to take care of how you breathe, lest someone panics and starts to pretend that you are a septic tank.
All jokes aside, Coronavirus or as it is known among its virus homies COVID-19, is a serious and real threat in Bangladesh.
With everyone panic buying hand-sanitizers, masks and stocking up on food, you’d think that it’s the zombie apocalypse and the weapon of choice is a spray gun filled with alcohol grade blue water.
So let’s take a look at what actually Coronavirus is before
someone drenches you with harmful chemicals.
Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) is a new strain that was discovered in 2019 and has not been previously identified in humans.
Common signs of infection include respiratory symptoms, fever, cough, shortness of breath and breathing difficulties. In more severe cases, the infection can cause pneumonia, severe acute respiratory syndrome, kidney failure and even death.
And no, we did not use our 6 years of experience of watching House and Scrubs to come up with that, it was taken directly from the WHO website.
So what do you need to do so that you can help in the prevention of spreading of this deadly disease? Well-
- Become a Germaphobe- i.e- Start washing your hands regularly especially after coming from outside and before eating. (Like a civilised person)
- Start Dabbing- i.e- Make sure you cough into your elbows or use a tissue while coughing.
- Become a Power Ranger or Cosplay as a Plague Doctor- i.e- Start covering your face with breathable masks.
- Don’t be an idiot and become a video game playing hermit- i.e-Isolate yourself and do not go out if you think that you have symptoms similar to the ones explained above. If you can, avoid going out altogether!
- Call the Medical Popo- Contact the authorities if you have a fever, cough or difficulty in breathing. These may seem like common sense but just like toilet paper and hand sanitizer, there is a lack of common sense in people, in panicked situations. So beware and be careful of idiots and try not to be one yourself.Peace.May the virus not be with you.
